ACCM Review
An Australian licence it will not serve you under, and twenty awards with no awarding body named.
- A real public track record to read: 241 Trustpilot reviews, claimed profile, and enough volume to show both what works and what does not — far more than most brokers at this licensing level offer.
- MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 alongside a proprietary ACCM application for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac, so the platform choice is genuine rather than a single white-labelled terminal.
- Leverage published up to 1:800 with a 0.01 minimum lot size, across forex, precious metals, indices, commodities and US share CFDs.
- The ASIC licence is the group's strongest credential and it covers nobody reading this site: Australia is on ACCM's own restricted list. The same is true of the United Kingdom. Every client of accmfx.com contracts with the Vanuatu company.
- 39% of Trustpilot reviews are one star against 50% five star, with almost nothing in between. The complaints converge on frozen charts, frozen trades, rejected pending orders, slippage and blocked withdrawals.
- Around twenty awards are listed on the about page, from 2008 to 2025, and not one of them names the organisation that gave it. There is no awarding body to check, so none of them can be verified.

Pros
- A real public track record to read: 241 Trustpilot reviews, claimed profile, and enough volume to show both what works and what does not — far more than most brokers at this licensing level offer.
- MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 alongside a proprietary ACCM application for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac, so the platform choice is genuine rather than a single white-labelled terminal.
- Leverage published up to 1:800 with a 0.01 minimum lot size, across forex, precious metals, indices, commodities and US share CFDs.
- A long and specific restricted-countries list, published rather than buried, which at least tells a reader clearly whether they are eligible.
Cons
- Nothing about the cost of an account is published: no minimum deposit, no spread table, no commission, no swap rates, no margin call or stop-out level, and no deposit or withdrawal fees or processing times.
Is ACCM safe?
ACCM is regulated by VFSC (Vanuatu), FSA (Seychelles), FSCA (South Africa), ASIC (Australia). No regulator warnings or enforcement actions found.
What clients complain about
- Trustpilot rates ACCM 3.2 out of 5 across 241 reviews, and the shape of the distribution says more than the average: 50% five star, 39% one star, and only 11% across the three middle ratings.
- The profile was claimed in December 2025.
- The negative file is concentrated on execution rather than on fraud.
- Traders report frozen charts and frozen trades during volatile hours, pending orders rejected, heavy slippage — one puts it at around 60% of fills — gaps of several dollars on micro lots, and hedging that does not behave as it does on competing platforms.
- Withdrawals are the second theme: one reviewer describes funds frozen and the account completely blocked on attempting to withdraw, with customer support unresponsive.
- Others report deposits failing repeatedly, taking six or more attempts and delays beyond six hours, and deposit bonus promotions whose minimum investment conditions were not clear to them.

Four companies, and the one you actually trade with
ACCM's group page lists four entities: ACCM Global Limited in Vanuatu under VFSC 700597, ACCM INTL LIMITED in Seychelles under FSA licence SD198, ACCM Global (Pty) Ltd in South Africa under FSCA licence FSP 54284, and ACCM Prime Pty Ltd in Australia under ASIC 308159. Unusually for this end of the market, the site answers the question that matters without being asked: "This website is operated by ACCM Global Limited" and "all financial services provided via this website are offered by ACCM Global Limited." Your counterparty is the Vanuatu company, whatever else appears on the page.
One detail in that Vanuatu entry is worth pausing on. ACCM publishes 700597 as the company registration number and also as the VFSC licence number. Those are ordinarily two different numbers from two different processes, and a licence quoted as the company number is a claim worth confirming with the regulator rather than accepting from the marketing. Vanuatu itself offers no investor compensation scheme and no financial ombudsman, so the VFSC is the only place a dispute could be escalated to — which makes getting the licence status right more important here than it would be under a regulator with a complaints process behind it.
An ASIC licence, and no Australian clients
The strongest name in the group is ASIC, and the way it appears is the pattern this sector uses most often. ACCM Prime Pty Ltd holds Australian Financial Services Licence 308159, and the company behind it is genuine: ABN 81 121 472 562, active since 29 August 2006, registered at Level 12, 465 Victoria Ave, Chatswood. The business name ACCM PRIME (AU) was registered against it in December 2025, which is when the group appears to have taken the brand onto an existing licensed company.
None of that reaches a client of accmfx.com, because Australia is on ACCM's own restricted list for this website. So is the United Kingdom, and so are Singapore, Belgium and Malaysia. The licence that would carry ASIC's leverage caps, its client-money rules and access to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority sits inside the group and is closed to the people reading the site it is advertised on. The FSCA licence is narrower still — it covers South African clients only. What a reader outside South Africa actually gets is Vanuatu.
Twenty awards, no awarding bodies
The about page carries a long awards timeline running from 2008 to 2025: best broker for order execution, most innovative broker, best trading platform, fastest growing broker, most transparent broker, most trusted forex broker, best mobile trading app, best CFD broker, and more, tagged by year and by region — Australia, Global, Asia, Asia-Pacific. It reads as two decades of industry recognition.
Not one of them names the organisation that awarded it. There is no expo, no publication, no association and no judging body attached to any entry in the list, which means there is nothing a reader can go and check. Awards in this industry are normally cited with the body that gave them precisely because that is what makes them verifiable; a list of twenty titles with no source is a design decision rather than an oversight. This review records no awards for ACCM, because none of them can be confirmed against anything.
What ACCM publishes about costs
Very little. Leverage is advertised up to 1:800 and the minimum lot size is 0.01. Beyond those two figures there is no minimum deposit, no account tier specification, no spread table, no commission, no swap rate, no margin call level and no stop-out level published anywhere on the site. The deposits and withdrawals section names no methods, no minimums, no fees and no processing times. Spreads are described as "competitive", which is the word brokers use when they are not giving you the number.
The product itself is reasonable: MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 plus a proprietary ACCM application across iOS, Android, Windows and Mac, trading forex, precious metals, indices, commodities and US share CFDs. Support is advertised as online 24/7, though no email address and no telephone number appear anywhere on the site, and the site is published in English and Portuguese only. That Portuguese focus is worth noting — accmfx.com serves its pages in Portuguese by default, and Brazil is the market it is clearly built for.
Reputation: half five star, two fifths one star
Trustpilot scores ACCM 3.2 out of 5 from 241 reviews, and the distribution matters more than the average. Fifty per cent are five star and thirty-nine per cent are one star, with just eleven per cent spread across the middle three ratings. That is not a broker people find adequate; it is a broker people either praise or are furious with. The profile was claimed in December 2025, the same month the Australian business name was registered.
The one-star file is specific and it is mostly about execution rather than fraud. Traders describe frozen charts and frozen trades during volatile hours, pending orders rejected, slippage they put at around sixty per cent of fills, gaps of several dollars on micro lots, and hedging that does not behave as it does elsewhere. Alongside those are withdrawal complaints — one reviewer describes funds frozen and the account blocked on attempting to withdraw, with support unresponsive — repeated failed deposit attempts, and confusion over the minimum investment conditions attached to deposit bonuses. Taken together it reads as a platform under strain at exactly the moments a trader needs it, and a support function that does not always answer when money is involved.
Who it is for
ACCM makes most sense for a Brazilian or Portuguese-speaking trader who wants MT4, MT5 or ACCM's own app with leverage up to 1:800, who is trading positions rather than scalping news, and who has read the execution complaints and decided they can live with them. The platform range is real, the restricted list is honest, and the site says plainly which company you are dealing with — three things a lot of its peers do not manage.
It does not fit anyone who needs execution to hold up in fast markets, and it does not fit anyone who wants the group's best licence to mean something for them. The ASIC authorisation is inside the group and Australia is excluded; the UK is excluded; what you get is a Vanuatu company with no compensation scheme and no ombudsman. Add twenty unverifiable awards and a complete absence of published pricing, and the honest position is that two fifths of the public record is a warning. If you proceed, keep the balance small, decline the bonuses, and test both execution and a withdrawal before you commit.
How to open an account
ACCM
Before you apply
- Minimum age
- 18+
Four companies carry the ACCM name and the website tells you plainly which one you get: "This website is operated by ACCM Global Limited" and "all financial services provided via this website are offered by ACCM Global Limited" — the Vanuatu company. The Seychelles, South African and Australian licences belong to sister companies you are not signing with. Note that ACCM publishes 700597 as both the Vanuatu company registration number and the VFSC licence number; ask support to confirm which is which before you treat it as a financial licence. Account specifications, minimum deposits, spreads and commissions are not published anywhere on the site, so request them in writing.
- 1.
Check which country you are in against the restricted list
ACCM's restricted list is unusually long and includes Australia, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Belgium, Malaysia, Israel, Iran and the United States. If you are in any of those, accmfx.com is closed to you regardless of what the group's licences say.
- 2.
Know that the Vanuatu company is your counterparty
ACCM states in writing that all financial services on this website are offered by ACCM Global Limited in Port Vila. The ASIC, FSCA and Seychelles licences in the group belong to other companies. Vanuatu has no investor compensation scheme and no financial ombudsman, so the VFSC is the only escalation route you have.
- 3.
Ask for the account specification, because none is published
There is no published minimum deposit, no spread table, no commission figure, no margin call level and no stop-out level anywhere on the site. Leverage is advertised up to 1:800 and the minimum lot is 0.01. Get the rest from support in writing before you fund anything.
- 4.
Read the bonus terms before you accept one
Deposit bonus promotions are a recurring theme in ACCM's negative reviews, with traders reporting that the minimum investment conditions were not clear to them. If a bonus is offered, get the withdrawal conditions attached to it in writing, or decline it.
- 5.
Test execution and a withdrawal on a small balance
The most common complaints are about the platform rather than the paperwork: frozen charts, frozen trades and rejected pending orders in volatile hours, and slippage. Trade a small balance through a news release before you commit real size, and take a withdrawal early to confirm the route works.
Good to know before you start

Why you have to verify your identity
Every regulated broker and exchange must confirm who you are before you can trade or withdraw. Expect to upload a passport or national ID and a proof of address under three months old (utility bill or bank statement). Most platforms approve documents within a few hours; a mismatch between your ID and the name on your payment method is the most common reason for delays.

How funding your account works
Deposits by card or e-wallet usually land within minutes; bank wires take one to three business days and may carry a fee from your bank. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, which is an anti-money-laundering rule rather than a platform choice. Start with the minimum, confirm a small withdrawal works, then scale up.

What to expect on your first trade
Open a demo account first if the platform offers one, then place a small live trade on a liquid market such as EUR/USD or BTC/USD. Check the spread, the commission and the swap before you confirm. Set a stop-loss on every position — losing a small amount quickly is the cheapest lesson in trading.

Frequently asked questions
Is ACCM regulated?
The company you trade with is regulated in Vanuatu. ACCM states that accmfx.com is operated by ACCM Global Limited and that all financial services on it are offered by that company, under VFSC 700597 — a number ACCM also publishes as the company's registration number. The group's other licences belong to sister companies: ACCM INTL LIMITED under Seychelles FSA SD198, ACCM Global (Pty) Ltd under FSCA FSP 54284 for South African clients, and ACCM Prime Pty Ltd under ASIC 308159, which cannot serve you because Australia is on ACCM's own restricted list.
Can Australian or UK traders open an ACCM account?
Not through accmfx.com. Both Australia and the United Kingdom appear on ACCM's published restricted list, alongside Singapore, Belgium, Malaysia, Israel, Iran and the United States. The group's ASIC licence, 308159 held by ACCM Prime Pty Ltd, therefore covers nobody reading this website.
What is ACCM's minimum deposit and what do its accounts cost?
Neither is published. There is no minimum deposit figure, no account tier specification, no spread table, no commission, no swap rate and no margin call or stop-out level anywhere on the site, and the deposits and withdrawals section lists no methods, fees or processing times. The only published trading figures are leverage up to 1:800 and a minimum lot size of 0.01. Ask support in writing for the rest.
Are ACCM's awards real?
They cannot be checked. The about page lists around twenty awards between 2008 and 2025 — best CFD broker, most trusted forex broker, best mobile trading app and similar — each tagged with a year and a region but none with the organisation that gave it. With no awarding body named there is nothing to verify against, so this review records no awards for ACCM.
Does ACCM accept traders from Iran?
No. Iran is on ACCM's published restricted list, together with Afghanistan, Australia, Belgium, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Israel, Libya, Malaysia, North Korea, Singapore, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, the United Kingdom, the United States and Yemen.
What do ACCM's negative reviews complain about?
Mostly execution. Across 241 Trustpilot reviews, 39% are one star, and those describe frozen charts and frozen trades in volatile hours, rejected pending orders, heavy slippage, multi-dollar gaps on micro lots and hedging that behaves differently from other platforms. Withdrawals also feature — one reviewer reports funds frozen and the account blocked on attempting to withdraw, with support unresponsive — along with failed deposit attempts and unclear minimum investment conditions on deposit bonuses.
