APC Prime Review
Registered in 2024, advertises seven legal documents and publishes none of them.
- MetaTrader 5 across desktop, web, Mac, iOS and Android, with more than 1,000 instruments spanning shares, indices, metals, energy, crypto, currencies, commodities and futures on a single account.
- No minimum deposit, no deposit fee and no withdrawal fee, all stated plainly in the FAQ — the three clearest figures on the entire site.
- A single standard account with full access to every market, which removes the tiered-pricing games that brokers at this end of the market usually play.
- The Legal Center advertises seven documents — client agreement, risk disclosure, execution policy, complaints policy, conflict of interest policy, AML policy and privacy policy — and not one of them opens. There is no contract to read before depositing.
- Nothing about the cost of trading is published anywhere: no account page, no spread, no commission, no leverage figure, no swap rates. The FAQ answers those questions with definitions instead of numbers.
- Both operating companies were created in 2024 — Saint Lucia registration 2024-00565 and an Australian ABN active from 15 July 2024 — and Saint Lucia issues company numbers, not financial licences.

Cons
- The Legal Center advertises seven documents — client agreement, risk disclosure, execution policy, complaints policy, conflict of interest policy, AML policy and privacy policy — and not one of them opens. There is no contract to read before depositing.
- Nothing about the cost of trading is published anywhere: no account page, no spread, no commission, no leverage figure, no swap rates. The FAQ answers those questions with definitions instead of numbers.

- There is no Trustpilot profile and no social media presence of any kind, so there is no public record of how withdrawals or disputes are handled. Support closes at 17:00 on weekdays and does not open on Sunday, when the forex week begins.
Is APC Prime safe?
APC Prime lists no regulator we could verify. No regulator warnings or enforcement actions found.
What clients complain about
- There is no public record to summarise.
- APC Prime has no Trustpilot profile — trustpilot.com/review/apcprime.com returns a 404, while the profiles of the brokers reviewed alongside it load normally — and no Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram or TikTok account is linked anywhere on the site.
- That means there are no withdrawal reports, no execution complaints and no record of how the firm handles a dispute, positive or negative.
- For a broker operating since 2024 that runs six separate affiliate recruitment programmes, the absence of any public footprint is itself worth noting.
- The only contactable support is email and live chat, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 and Saturday morning, with no telephone number published and nobody reachable on Sunday when the forex week opens.

Three companies, none of them clearly your counterparty
APC Prime's regulations page names three entities. APC PRIME LTD is registered in Saint Lucia under number 2024-00565. APC PRIME PTY LTD is Australian, ACN 679 116 217, and the page says it is "authorized and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission" under "license number (566181)". A P C FINANCE CONSULTANTS LLC holds UAE commercial licence 1301584 and a Capital Market Authority licence numbered 20200000229. What the page never says is which of the three a client contracts with, or which one holds client money.
Each of those three has a problem a reader should weigh. Saint Lucia's registrar issues company registration numbers, not financial services licences, so 2024-00565 is proof the company exists and nothing more. The ASIC entry does not distinguish between an AFS licence and an authorised representative authorisation — an important difference, because an authorised representative operates under somebody else's licence and is not itself a licensee. And the UAE entry states no category or scope at all, in a jurisdiction where promotion-and-introduction permissions that cannot hold client money are common. None of those questions can be settled from APC Prime's own pages.
Seven legal documents, none of which opens
APC Prime publishes a Legal Center listing seven documents: Privacy Policy, Client Agreement, Risk Disclosure Statement, Orders Execution Policy, Complaints Handling Policy, Conflict of Interest Policy and AML Policy. Each has a number, a title and a one-line description of what it covers. Every single one of those seven links resolves to an empty anchor on the same page. The page carries no document text, no embedded viewer and no PDF file of any kind.
This is the single most important fact about APC Prime, and it is not a small oversight. The client agreement is the contract that defines who your counterparty is, whether your funds are segregated, whether negative balance protection applies, what happens in a dispute and under whose law. The complaints policy is the document you would need if something went wrong. A broker that lists both by name and publishes neither is asking you to send money under terms you are not permitted to read. Every other criticism in this review follows from that one.
What an account costs is not published anywhere
There is no accounts page on apcprime.com and no pricing page. The navigation runs to markets, platforms, company, partners and support, and none of those sections carries a spread, a commission, a leverage figure or a swap rate. The FAQ is where those questions go to be not answered: spreads are described as "the difference between buy and sell prices" that "may vary depending on market conditions", and leverage "may be available depending on the instrument and account setup". Those are definitions of the words, not the broker's prices.
Three figures are actually stated, and they are all worth having: there is no minimum deposit, no deposit fee and no withdrawal fee. Funding runs through bank transfers, cards and unnamed "online payment solutions", with no processing time given for any of them. There is one standard account with full access to every market. So a reader can find out that opening the account is free and knows nothing whatsoever about what using it costs — which is the figure that actually decides whether a broker is worth trading with.
Platforms and markets, which is the part that works
The product itself is the most substantial thing here. APC Prime runs MetaTrader 5 across desktop, web, a Mac application, iOS and Android, and advertises more than 1,000 instruments from a single account across shares, indices, metals, energy, crypto, currencies, commodities and futures. Futures in particular are not something every broker at this size offers. If the account worked as described, the market access would be respectable.
The rest of the site is weighted oddly. There are six separate pages recruiting partners — introducing brokers, education experts, digital affiliates, influencers, asset managers and local partners — and zero pages telling a client what an account costs. A firm that has built more pages for the people who would send it clients than for the clients themselves has told you where its attention is.
No public record at all
APC Prime has no Trustpilot profile. The address trustpilot.com/review/apcprime.com returns a 404, while the equivalent pages for the other brokers reviewed alongside it load normally. There are no links to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram or TikTok anywhere on the site, and no social accounts were found. For a broker that has been operating since 2024 and runs six affiliate recruitment programmes, that is a striking absence.
The practical consequence is that there is nothing to check. No withdrawal reports, no execution complaints, no record of how the firm answers a dispute, good or bad. Support is by email and live chat only — no telephone number is published — and runs Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 plus Saturday morning, closed Sunday. The forex week opens on Sunday evening, so there is a window every week in which the market is live and nobody at APC Prime is reachable.
Who it is for
At present, nobody trading real money. The problem is not that APC Prime is new, or offshore, or cheap — plenty of workable brokers are all three. It is that the specific documents a client would need in order to make an informed decision are advertised by name and then withheld, and the specific figures a client would need in order to price an account are absent from every page of the site. Those two gaps together mean there is no version of this review that could responsibly recommend funding an account.
If you are looking at APC Prime because an affiliate or an influencer pointed you here, that is worth noticing: the site has six pages courting exactly those partners and none explaining its pricing. If you still want to proceed, treat it as an experiment rather than an account: ask for the client agreement as an attachment, get the spread and leverage figures in writing, verify 566181 on ASIC's own register, deposit the smallest sum you can and withdraw it before anything else goes in. If the documents do not arrive, the answer has arrived instead.
How to open an account
APC Prime
Before you apply
- Minimum age
- 18+
You cannot read the contract before you sign it. APC Prime's Legal Center lists a Client Agreement, a Risk Disclosure Statement, an Orders Execution Policy, a Complaints Handling Policy, a Conflict of Interest Policy, an AML Policy and a Privacy Policy. Every one of those seven links points at an empty anchor on the same page, and the page contains no document text and no PDF. Until those documents are published there is no way to know which of the three APC companies you would be contracting with, whether your money is segregated, whether negative balance protection applies, or how a complaint would be handled.
- 1.
Ask for the client agreement in writing first
APC Prime advertises seven legal documents and publishes none of them — every link in its Legal Center is a dead anchor. Email [email protected] and ask for the Client Agreement and Risk Disclosure as attachments before you go any further. If they do not arrive, you have your answer.
- 2.
Find out which of the three companies is your counterparty
APC Prime lists APC PRIME LTD in Saint Lucia, APC PRIME PTY LTD in Australia and A P C FINANCE CONSULTANTS LLC in the UAE, and never says which one holds client money. Get the name in writing. Saint Lucia issues company registration numbers, not financial licences, so if that is the answer there is no financial regulator behind your account.
- 3.
Check the ASIC number yourself
The site says APC PRIME PTY LTD is "authorized and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission" under number 566181, without saying whether that is an AFS licence or an authorised representative authorisation. Those are very different things. Search 566181 on ASIC's own register before you treat it as protection.
- 4.
Get the price before you fund
There is no accounts page and no pricing page anywhere on the site. The FAQ says spreads "may vary depending on market conditions" and leverage "may be available depending on the instrument and account setup" — definitions rather than figures. Ask for the spread on EUR/USD, the commission per lot and the maximum leverage, in writing, and hold the reply.
- 5.
Start small and test a withdrawal immediately
APC Prime says there is no minimum deposit and no deposit or withdrawal fee. Deposit the smallest amount you can, withdraw it, and confirm the round trip works before anything larger goes in. There is no public review record for this broker to draw on, so your own test is the only evidence available.
Good to know before you start

Why you have to verify your identity
Every regulated broker and exchange must confirm who you are before you can trade or withdraw. Expect to upload a passport or national ID and a proof of address under three months old (utility bill or bank statement). Most platforms approve documents within a few hours; a mismatch between your ID and the name on your payment method is the most common reason for delays.

How funding your account works
Deposits by card or e-wallet usually land within minutes; bank wires take one to three business days and may carry a fee from your bank. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, which is an anti-money-laundering rule rather than a platform choice. Start with the minimum, confirm a small withdrawal works, then scale up.

What to expect on your first trade
Open a demo account first if the platform offers one, then place a small live trade on a liquid market such as EUR/USD or BTC/USD. Check the spread, the commission and the swap before you confirm. Set a stop-loss on every position — losing a small amount quickly is the cheapest lesson in trading.

Frequently asked questions
Is APC Prime regulated?
Not clearly. APC Prime names three companies: APC PRIME LTD in Saint Lucia under registration 2024-00565, which is a company number rather than a financial licence; APC PRIME PTY LTD in Australia, described as authorised and regulated by ASIC under 566181 without saying whether that is an AFS licence or an authorised representative authorisation; and A P C FINANCE CONSULTANTS LLC in the UAE under Capital Market Authority licence 20200000229, with no category or scope stated. The site never says which company holds client funds.
Can I read APC Prime's client agreement before I open an account?
No. APC Prime's Legal Center lists seven documents including the Client Agreement, Risk Disclosure Statement and Complaints Handling Policy, and every one of those links resolves to an empty anchor. The page contains no document text and no PDF. Ask support to send the client agreement as an attachment before depositing anything.
What is APC Prime's minimum deposit?
There is none. The FAQ states: "there is no minimum deposit. You can start trading with any amount." APC Prime also states that it charges no deposit fee and no withdrawal fee. Those three are the only concrete figures published anywhere on the site.
What are APC Prime's spreads and maximum leverage?
Neither is published. There is no accounts page and no pricing page on the site. The FAQ says spreads "may vary depending on market conditions" and that leverage "may be available depending on the instrument and account setup", which describes what the words mean rather than what APC Prime charges. Request both in writing from support before you fund an account.
Does APC Prime accept traders from Iran?
No. APC Prime states that the brand "does not offer its services to citizens or to residents of certain jurisdictions such as USA, Iran, Syria and North Korea."
What do other traders say about APC Prime?
There is nothing to read. APC Prime has no Trustpilot profile — the page for apcprime.com returns a 404 — and no social media accounts are linked anywhere on the site. There is no public record of how withdrawals, execution or disputes are handled, in either direction.
