Three licences on the badge, one Mauritius company holding the money, and almost no published pricing.

  • One clear answer on who holds the money: UEXO says plainly that all trading and client services sit with UEXO Global Ltd under Mauritius FSC licence GB21026300, rather than leaving a reader to guess between entities.
  • ECN pricing is genuinely competitive if you can reach it — spreads from 0.0 pips with $4 per round turn is a normal institutional rate, not a marketing number.
  • Swap-free trading is available on all three account tiers rather than being confined to a separate Islamic product.
  • The UAE licence that dominates the branding cannot hold client money or execute a trade, and UEXO says so itself — the Dubai office is a marketing permission, not protection.
  • Raw spreads start at a $10,000 deposit. The $50 Standard account pays from 1.6 pips, roughly $16 per lot round turn, which is expensive for a commission-free account.
  • Almost nothing is published: no maximum leverage, no fee schedule, no deposit or withdrawal fees, no processing times, no margin call or stop-out level, no founding year, no support email or phone number, and no sample spreads beyond three headline figures.

Pros

  • One clear answer on who holds the money: UEXO says plainly that all trading and client services sit with UEXO Global Ltd under Mauritius FSC licence GB21026300, rather than leaving a reader to guess between entities.
  • ECN pricing is genuinely competitive if you can reach it — spreads from 0.0 pips with $4 per round turn is a normal institutional rate, not a marketing number.
  • Swap-free trading is available on all three account tiers rather than being confined to a separate Islamic product.
  • A published restricted-countries list that names sixteen jurisdictions, including the United States, which is more disclosure than much of this end of the market offers.

Cons

  • The Trustpilot record is 29 reviews in total. There is not enough public history to tell whether withdrawals work reliably, and the single negative review alleges voided profits.

Is UEXO safe?

UEXO is regulated by FSC (Mauritius), FSCA (South Africa). No regulator warnings or enforcement actions found.

What clients complain about

  • Trustpilot rates UEXO 4.5 out of 5, on a file of just 29 reviews — 83% five star, 10% four star and 7% one star.
  • The profile has been claimed since June 2024 and Trustpilot notes no recent history of the company inviting reviews.
  • At that volume the score carries almost no information about how withdrawals, execution or disputes are actually handled.
  • The single negative review alleges that profitable trading was reversed and the balance reduced to zero under terms in the client agreement, with the reviewer writing that the broker "voided you from your profit and make it zero." UEXO has published no reply to it.
  • One unanswered review is not a pattern, but it is the recurring complaint in this segment and there is no wider record to weigh it against.

Three licences, and the one that holds your money

UEXO leads with a Dubai address and UAE licence 20200000392, and a reader could easily take that as the licence that matters. It is not. UEXO's own legal documents page states that under UAE rules UEXO Global Markets LLC "is strictly limited to promotional and client introduction services and does not hold or manage client funds," and that "all trading and client-related services are provided solely by UEXO Global Ltd." That is the Mauritius company, an Investment Dealer under FSC licence GB21026300 with company registration 179291. Credit where it is due: many brokers leave this ambiguous, and UEXO puts it in writing.

The rest of the group adds less than it appears to. UEXO Global Markets (Pty) Ltd holds FSCA licence FSP 50582 in South Africa with CIPC registration 2019/514704/07, which covers South African clients and nobody else. UXO Services Ltd in Cyprus, company number HE437025, is described on UEXO's own pages as a non-regulated support entity — so the Larnaca address is an office, not an EU authorisation. What a reader outside South Africa gets is a Mauritius investment dealer: segregation rules and a regulator, but no investor compensation scheme and no ombudsman to escalate to.

What UEXO does not publish

The gaps here are wide enough to be the story. UEXO advertises "flexible and dynamic leverage" across all asset classes and never states the maximum. It publishes no fee schedule, no deposit or withdrawal fees, no processing times, no inactivity fee, no margin call level and no stop-out level. The markets page names five asset classes and gives no instrument count for any of them. The accounts page carries three spread figures and no worked example for EUR/USD, gold or an index. There is no founding year on the site, no client number, no support email address and no phone number.

None of that is unlawful and some of it is ordinary for a young offshore broker. But a trader cannot price an account without a fee schedule, cannot size a position without a leverage figure, and cannot judge a stop-out risk without a stop-out level. Every one of those questions has to go to support and be answered in a chat window rather than on a page a reader can check later. Treat the three published spread figures as the only pricing you have and get the rest in writing.

Accounts and what they cost

Three live tiers, all reaching MT4, MT5 and UEXO's copy trading, and all available swap-free. Standard opens at $50 or €50 with spreads from 1.6 pips and no commission. Pro opens at $2,500 or €2,500 with spreads from 0.8 pips and no commission. ECN opens at $10,000 or €10,000 with spreads from 0.0 pips and a $4 or €4 commission per round turn, which UEXO notes excludes cryptocurrencies and shares.

Read those three rows as one ladder and the pricing is unusually steep at the bottom. A 1.6 pip spread on EUR/USD is around $16 per lot round turn — roughly four times what the ECN tier costs — and it is what a $50 or a $2,400 account pays. Pro at 0.8 pips is about $8 per lot, still double ECN. Brokers with similar licensing commonly put raw spreads behind $200 or $500; UEXO puts them behind $10,000. If you are trading small, you are paying the most expensive rate in the house.

Platforms, funding and support

The platform side is conventional and adequate: MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and a copy trading product, across forex, commodities, indices, stocks and cryptocurrencies. There is no proprietary terminal, no TradingView integration, no cTrader and no FIX API. For a trader who wants MT4 or MT5 and nothing else, that is enough; for anyone who wants a modern web platform or API access, it is not.

Funding runs through Visa and Mastercard, bank wire, Skrill, Neteller and cryptocurrency — a reasonable spread of methods, published without a single fee or processing time attached to any of them. Support offers live chat, and the site is published in English and Arabic only, which matches the MENA focus but leaves the Asian and Latin American markets many competitors at this level serve in their own languages. No support email address, telephone number or published hours could be found anywhere on the site.

Reputation: a high score on a very thin file

Trustpilot gives UEXO 4.5 out of 5, and the number is close to meaningless at this volume: it rests on 29 reviews in total. The breakdown is 83% five star, 10% four star and 7% one star, with the profile claimed since June 2024 and no recent history of the company asking customers for reviews. Twenty-nine reviews cannot tell you whether withdrawals clear reliably, whether execution holds up in news, or how the firm behaves when a client disputes something. It is an absence of evidence rather than evidence of quality.

The single one-star review is the one worth reading. It alleges that after profitable trading the gains were cancelled and the balance reduced to zero under terms in the agreement — in the reviewer's words, that the broker "voided you from your profit and make it zero." One review is not a pattern and UEXO has not published a response to it. But it is the same complaint that recurs across this segment, it is unanswered, and with only 28 other reviews on file there is nothing to weigh it against. Read the abusive-trading and profit-adjustment clauses in the client agreement before you deposit.

Who it is for

UEXO suits a MENA trader who wants MT4 or MT5 with swap-free trading from a Mauritius investment dealer, who is funding at least $10,000 so the ECN pricing is actually available, and who is comfortable getting fee and leverage answers from a support chat rather than a published page. At that size the cost structure is competitive and the entity question is answered more honestly than most of its peers manage.

It does not suit a small account, and it does not suit anyone who wants to check the terms before they commit. A $50 client pays 1.6 pips, four times the house's own best rate, on a platform that publishes no leverage cap, no fee schedule and no stop-out level, with 29 public reviews behind it. The Dubai licence in the marketing cannot hold a cent of client money. If you are trading small, or you want protection you can escalate to a regulator that will hear you, this is not the broker for it.

UEXO

Before you apply

Four companies carry the UEXO name and only one of them can hold your money. UEXO's own legal documents page says that under UAE rules UEXO Global Markets LLC "is strictly limited to promotional and client introduction services and does not hold or manage client funds" and that "all trading and client-related services are provided solely by UEXO Global Ltd" — the Mauritius company. UXO Services Ltd in Cyprus is described as a non-regulated support entity, so the Cyprus address on the site is not an EU licence. Check that UEXO Global Ltd is the name on your client agreement, and expect to ask support for figures the website does not publish.

  1. 1.

Know which company you are signing with

The Dubai address and the UAE licence number are the most visible things on the site, but UEXO says in writing that the UAE company only introduces and promotes. Your counterparty is UEXO Global Ltd in Mauritius under FSC licence GB21026300. Open the client agreement and confirm that name before you register.

  2. 2.

Pick the account you can actually fund

Standard opens at $50 with spreads from 1.6 pips and no commission. Pro needs $2,500 for spreads from 0.8 pips. ECN needs $10,000 for spreads from 0.0 pips plus $4 per round turn, excluding crypto and shares. There is no cheap route to raw spreads here — the gap between $50 and $10,000 is the whole pricing story.

  3. 3.

Ask for the numbers before you deposit

UEXO does not publish a maximum leverage figure, a fee schedule, an inactivity fee, a margin call or stop-out level, or a single sample spread beyond the three headline figures on the accounts page. Put those questions to support in writing and keep the reply, because you will not find the answers on the site.

  4. 4.

    Verify and fund

Funding runs through Visa and Mastercard, bank wire, Skrill, Neteller and cryptocurrency. UEXO publishes no deposit or withdrawal fees and no processing times for any of them, so confirm both with support and start with a small amount.

  5. 5.

Test a withdrawal early and keep your own records

Take money out before the balance matters. The one negative review on UEXO's Trustpilot profile alleges that profits were voided and the balance reduced to zero under the agreement's terms. Keep your own trade history and statements from the first day so you have a record that is not held only by the broker.

Good to know before you start

Why you have to verify your identity

Why you have to verify your identity

Every regulated broker and exchange must confirm who you are before you can trade or withdraw. Expect to upload a passport or national ID and a proof of address under three months old (utility bill or bank statement). Most platforms approve documents within a few hours; a mismatch between your ID and the name on your payment method is the most common reason for delays.

How funding your account works

How funding your account works

Deposits by card or e-wallet usually land within minutes; bank wires take one to three business days and may carry a fee from your bank. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, which is an anti-money-laundering rule rather than a platform choice. Start with the minimum, confirm a small withdrawal works, then scale up.

What to expect on your first trade

What to expect on your first trade

Open a demo account first if the platform offers one, then place a small live trade on a liquid market such as EUR/USD or BTC/USD. Check the spread, the commission and the swap before you confirm. Set a stop-loss on every position — losing a small amount quickly is the cheapest lesson in trading.

Frequently asked questions

Is UEXO regulated?

Yes, but by one regulator that matters for most clients. UEXO Global Ltd holds Mauritius FSC Investment Dealer licence GB21026300 and, in UEXO's own words, provides all trading and client services. UEXO Global Markets LLC holds UAE licence 20200000392, which UEXO says is strictly limited to promotion and client introduction and cannot hold or manage client funds. UEXO Global Markets (Pty) Ltd holds FSCA licence FSP 50582 for South African clients. The Cyprus company, UXO Services Ltd, is described as a non-regulated support entity.

What is UEXO's minimum deposit?

$50 or €50 on the Standard account, $2,500 on Pro and $10,000 on ECN. All three reach MT4, MT5 and copy trading, so the tier changes what you pay rather than what you can trade.

What does trading with UEXO actually cost?

Standard pays from 1.6 pips with no commission, which is roughly $16 per lot round turn on EUR/USD. Pro pays from 0.8 pips with no commission. ECN pays from 0.0 pips plus $4 per round turn, excluding cryptocurrencies and shares. UEXO publishes no other fees — no deposit or withdrawal charges, no inactivity fee and no swap figures — so ask support for anything beyond those three rows.

What is UEXO's maximum leverage?

UEXO does not publish one. The site describes "flexible and dynamic leverage" across all asset classes without naming a figure for any of them, and no leverage policy document is available. Ask support in writing before you size a position.

Does UEXO accept traders from Iran?

No. Iran appears on UEXO's published list of restricted jurisdictions, alongside Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Israel, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen and the United States.

Can I trust UEXO's 4.5 Trustpilot score?

Not as a measure of much. It rests on 29 reviews in total, which is too few to show whether withdrawals and execution hold up over time. The profile has been claimed since June 2024. The one negative review alleges that profits were voided and the balance zeroed under the agreement's terms, and it has no published reply from UEXO.
