- Trustpilot notes that ZitaPlus has not replied to negative reviews.

Regulation and safety of funds
ZitaPlus is a trademark of Z Trading & Technology Inc, a British Virgin Islands company (registration 2111986) licensed by the BVI Financial Services Commission under SIBA/L/23/1162. The licence covers dealing in investments as agent and principal, and arranging deals, under the Securities and Investment Business Act 2010. That is a real licence, but an offshore one: there is no investor compensation scheme behind it, no leverage cap and no local ombudsman if a dispute goes wrong.
The homepage markets ZitaPlus as a regulated broker in the UAE, and in November 2025 the group announced a Category 5 licence from the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority. Read that carefully: Category 5 covers marketing, promotion and client introduction — it does not authorise taking client deposits or executing orders, and the firm's own announcement describes it as a B2B, partner-support permission. Your money still sits with the BVI entity. ZitaPlus says client funds are held in segregated accounts, insured for $500,000 through Caribbean Insurers Ltd, and that Baker Tilly Limited audits the company annually; those are company statements, not regulator-verified protections.
Fees and spreads
Four tiers, and the cheap one is the small one. Raw opens at $100 with spreads from 0.0 pips and commission of $8 per lot on forex and $12 on metals. Standard needs $250 and charges no commission, with spreads from 1.2 pips. Pro is the tightest commission-free tier at 0.6 pips but wants $10,000, and Swap-Free sits at $5,000 with 0.7-pip spreads plus the same commission as Raw. Against ECN brokers that charge $6–7 per round turn, Raw's commission is on the expensive side, and the Pro tier's price of entry is steep for what is still an offshore broker.
Deposits are free on every method. Withdrawals are where it bites: crypto costs only the network fee, but the fiat rails run 1.5% on DuitNow and PromptPay and between 2.5% and 6% on UBank depending on the country. ZitaPlus also runs deposit bonuses — 30% on a first deposit up to $250, 20% on re-deposits — as non-withdrawable credit that is stripped out if equity falls below the bonus, and comes with trade-balance and multi-symbol conditions. Treat the bonus as margin, never as money. The Swap-Free tier is narrower than its name suggests: the swap-free window lasts a maximum of five days, after which swaps are charged automatically, and it covers only XAUUSD, XAGUSD, EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD, EURGBP, NZDUSD and USDCAD.
Platforms and tools
MetaTrader 5 is the whole offering — desktop, web terminal and mobile apps. There is no MT4, no cTrader and no proprietary platform, and no copy-trading service; the partner side of the business runs through an IB programme and an IB portal app instead. For a broker aimed at algorithmic and multi-asset traders that is a defensible choice, since MT5 handles the futures and stock CFDs that MT4 does not. One ceiling to know before scaling up: a single trade is capped at 10 lots on Raw, Standard and Swap-Free, and 20 lots on Pro.
The product list is short by industry standards: 100+ instruments, made up of forex pairs, 40+ stock CFDs, 11 indices, commodities including spot gold, oil and natural gas, and a set of futures. There are no crypto CFDs, which is worth noting given that crypto is how most clients fund the account. Research is limited to in-house market analysis, an economic calendar and a blog — useful, but not a reason to choose the broker.
Deposits and withdrawals
Funding is crypto-first and deliberately so: USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), Bitcoin, Ethereum, USD Coin and Litecoin, all from $10, all free, all credited within minutes. The regional alternatives are UBank, which covers INR, PKR, IDR, THB, MYR, VND, PHP, KRW and BDT, plus DuitNow for Malaysia and PromptPay for Thailand, each clearing the same day. Cards, PayPal and international bank wires are not offered at all.
Withdrawals go back the way they came, with crypto paid out in one business day for the network fee alone. The fiat rails charge: 1.5% on DuitNow and PromptPay, and 2.5% up to 6% on UBank depending on the destination country. A trader who deposits in local currency and withdraws the same way can lose several percent of the balance to payment fees before a single trade.
Customer support
Support runs 24/5 through live chat, WhatsApp and email at [email protected], with a Dubai phone line on +971 4 337 4006. ZitaPlus claims coverage in nine or more languages; the website itself ships in English, Arabic and Russian, which is a fair guide to where the broker actually sells.
After registration the company routes new clients to a 'solution center' that walks them through setup. That is an onboarding desk, and the usual caution applies: a broker that assigns someone to call you about funding is selling, not advising. Keep the conversation in writing where you can.
Track record and reputation
ZitaPlus is new. The BVI licence dates from 2023, the trademark was registered in May 2024, and the public record is correspondingly thin: a 3.9 TrustScore on Trustpilot from 12 reviews — 11 of them five-star and one a single-star complaint alleging losses, on a score Trustpilot weights rather than averages, and WikiFX scores it 4.47 out of 10 while flagging the offshore, light-touch supervision. No regulator has issued a warning against the firm, and no pattern of withdrawal complaints has formed.
That is genuinely a clean record — but it is also a short one, and a dozen reviews cannot tell you how a broker behaves under stress. The company markets through Forex Expo Dubai appearances and press releases rather than a history of audited results. The sensible way to use a broker at this stage of life is the one its own reviewers recommend: deposit small, trade, and test a withdrawal early.
Who is it for
ZitaPlus fits a specific trader: someone in South or Southeast Asia, the Gulf or Africa who funds in crypto or a local rail, wants MT5 and high leverage on a small account, and is willing to carry offshore risk for it. The $100 Raw account and $10 minimum deposit make it cheap to test.
It is the wrong broker if you want tier-1 protection, negative balance protection, card or bank funding, MT4, copy trading or crypto CFDs — and it is not where a large balance belongs. Traders who need the broker to be boringly safe should be looking at FCA or ASIC-regulated names instead.

Good to know before you start

Why you have to verify your identity
Every regulated broker and exchange must confirm who you are before you can trade or withdraw. Expect to upload a passport or national ID and a proof of address under three months old (utility bill or bank statement). Most platforms approve documents within a few hours; a mismatch between your ID and the name on your payment method is the most common reason for delays.

How funding your account works
Deposits by card or e-wallet usually land within minutes; bank wires take one to three business days and may carry a fee from your bank. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, which is an anti-money-laundering rule rather than a platform choice. Start with the minimum, confirm a small withdrawal works, then scale up.

What to expect on your first trade
Open a demo account first if the platform offers one, then place a small live trade on a liquid market such as EUR/USD or BTC/USD. Check the spread, the commission and the swap before you confirm. Set a stop-loss on every position — losing a small amount quickly is the cheapest lesson in trading.

Frequently asked questions
Is ZitaPlus regulated?
Yes, but offshore. Z Trading & Technology Inc holds licence SIBA/L/23/1162 from the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission, which permits dealing as agent and principal. There is no tier-1 regulator behind the trading account and no compensation scheme. The UAE Category 5 licence announced in 2025 covers marketing and client introduction, not holding client money or executing orders.
Is ZitaPlus safe to trade with?
No regulator has issued a warning against it and there is no pattern of withdrawal complaints, which is the good news. The caution is structural: one offshore licence, a company licensed only in 2023, 12 Trustpilot reviews to judge it by, and a risk disclosure stating you can lose more than your deposit. ZitaPlus says client funds are segregated and insured for $500,000 through Caribbean Insurers Ltd, but that is a company claim rather than a regulated guarantee.
What is the minimum deposit at ZitaPlus?
$100 for the Raw account, $250 for Standard, $5,000 for Swap-Free and $10,000 for Pro. The minimum single deposit through any funding method is $10.
Which platforms and instruments does ZitaPlus offer?
MetaTrader 5 only — desktop, web and mobile. There is no MT4, no cTrader and no copy trading. The product list runs to 100+ instruments: forex, 40+ stock CFDs, 11 indices, commodities and futures. Crypto CFDs are not offered, even though crypto is the main way to fund the account.
How do deposits and withdrawals work at ZitaPlus?
Deposits are free from $10 in USDT, BTC, ETH, USDC or LTC, or through UBank, DuitNow and PromptPay in Asia. There are no cards and no international bank wires. Crypto withdrawals take about one business day and cost only the network fee; fiat withdrawals cost 1.5% on DuitNow and PromptPay and 2.5% to 6% on UBank depending on the country.
What leverage does ZitaPlus offer?
Leverage is tied to account equity: 1:1000 below $1,000, 1:800 to $2,499, 1:500 to $7,999, 1:400 to $19,999, 1:300 to $39,999, 1:200 to $74,999 and 1:100 above that. The Swap-Free and Pro accounts are capped at 1:200. Accounts holding a bonus can be set to different terms.
